O.K. here's how it works: first you take the height in cm of the two athletes, then you divide it by their weight in kilograms. then you take their age and add it to that number, then you take their "real" age and divide it by that. Finally you add the number of people who live in the country of origin of the athlete, and viola! you have a winner. Any more questions?
